No cliffhanger per sayBook 1 of 2Told from multiple POVsM/m romance.I really enjoyed this book. It was the perfect mix of banter, off the charts chemistry, angst and a whole lot of suspense.I love that the author tied two storylines together so we could get a glimpse in Travis’ life again while also learning about two new characters.Brantley is fresh out of the Navy. Having been a Navy Seal most of his adult life and expecting it to be a lifetime thing until an injury forced him to retire, he is left wondering what he is going to do with his future.Back in Coyote Ridge, his home town, he meets Reese, a family friend. I very straight family friend. While his attraction for Reese is immediate, he knows it is one that will never go anywhere.The two strike up a friendship and start spending a lot of time together. Drop in a few great innuendoes and some very serious heated looks being exchanged and Brantley is no longer certain Reese is completely straight.I don’t want to give too much away but book one is focused on Reese’s willingness to explore what’s between him and Brantley. As I said at he top, this books doesn’t have a cliffhanger per say, but there is definitely still a ton of their story to come, as this book stops just as things start to heat up between them.Can’t wait for book 2! Her novels are engaging, characters have depth and the sex scenes are icing on the cake. She doesn't shy away from anything, and that's what I love about her writing. In Mission: All In, we get the treat of a new storyline featuring Brantley Walker, ex-SEAL looking to live his life in a civilian world (and yes, Walker as in the Coyote Ridge Walker Clan). Brantley begins the story a bit rudderless, reconnecting with his friends and family in Coyote Ridge. Brantley makes fast friends with and has an intense to Reese Tavourlaris (brother of Z from Sniper Security series) - the only problem, Reese is straight and Brantley has lived his life 'don't ask, don't tell'. Without giving away too much of the plot and spoiling it for anyone, Travis Walker's daughter does missing and Brantley and Reese partner up to locate the little girl. The book is fast moving and masterfully written, weaving in character's from Nicole's other popular series: The Walkers of Coyote Ridge/Alluring Indulgences, Sniper Security, Club Destiny and Office Intrigue - so, as a loyal Edwards fan, it's like seeing your old friends come together with your new friends! This is the start of a new series for Nicole and I'm excited to see where it goes as she really shines weaving in suspense, drama and forbidden attraction in a page turner that I finished in one sitting.
